I know that a lot of people struggle with knowing how to eat healthy while still keeping it different and interesting everyday to avoid getting bored with your food. I am frequently asked about my eating habits so I thought I would create a sort of 7 day food plan to help give people an understanding of what healthy eating can/should look like. I have also included the recipes for the meals in my meal plan as well as many more! I followed this meal plan when I lost 10kg and I believe it works because it has been based off a realisitic way of eating (not restricting), uses foods most people eat everyday and all of my favourite healthy meals and snacks.
